Critical Functions the Interior Business Center (IBC) HAS an Ongoing Need for an Industry Partner to Assist in Providing Support to Current and Potential Client Agencies of the Oracle Federal Financials Financial Accounting System (hereafter Referred to AS OFF) During the Pending Break in Service Between the Expiration of the Current Idiq With APG, the Follow-On Small Business Set-Aside Competition and the Resulting OFF Implementation Captures Previously Supported by the Incumbent, APG . the IBC Currently Supports Small (less Than 1,000 Employees) and Medium (1,000 to 5,000 Employees) Federal Agencies With OFF, And/Or Other Oracle Enterprise Support Systems. Over the Last Several Months, IBC HAS Provided Prospective Federal Clients, Multiple OFF Demonstrations, and Provided Technical and Price Proposals for These Implementation Opportunities. Specific Tasks: 1) Client Agency Engagement Activities and OFF Implementation / Integration Proposal Preparation; 2) Support for OFF Applications Operations and Maintenance (O&M); 3) OFF Implementation Execution (limted); 4) Continuity of Operations
